Hello Middle school students and families:

  • Algebra I students, you have a test, on factoring, on Thursday of this week.
  • 7th and 8th graders, please submit your inquiry project hypothesis to me on Tuesday. (If you’re in 8th grade and doing an engineering project, I need a discussion of at least 2 possible solutions to your original problem/objective.)
  • 6th graders, I’ve noticed that some of you have begun to turn in work that, while still showing some understanding of our topic, is frankly appalling in its appearance and quality. If you are one of these students who is turning in work that should embarrass you, please do something about this. If you’re not sure you’re one of these students, or need guidance regarding my minimum standards for written work, I’m very happy to discuss this topic with you.
  • Catholic Schools Week begins next week. To kick off this event, mass takes place on Sunday, January 27 at 10:30 AM. Students and their families are encouraged to attend.  An open house will take place immediately after mass.

Thank you and have a great week,

Sven Tice
