Hello middle school students and families:

  • The 6th grade are going to Carkeek Park to release their salmon fry on Wednesday, April 10, from 9:30-12:30. If you are a 6th grade parent able to drive and/or chaperone on this trip, please sign up here:

  • Everyone in the middle school has a checkpoint quiz on Friday, April 5.
  • The St. John auction takes place on Friday of this week.

Hello middle school students and families:

  • The 6th graders are going on a short field trip to Carkeek Park on Wednesday, April 10, from 9:30-12:30, to release the salmon we’ve been raising at school. If you can drive and/or chaperone for this trip, we would love to have you. If you’re available on that date, you can sign up here:

Week of March 18, 2019

Hello middle school students and families:

  • The second trimester ended on Friday, March 15; if you still have missing assignments, it’s now too late to submit them.
  • Report cards go home on Thursday, March 21.
  • All grades begin new instructional units in science this week:                                  6th graders begin work on environmental science;                                                          7th graders begin learning about evolution;                                                                8th graders are working on cell biology and heredity.

Week of March 11, 2019:

Hello middle school students and families:

  • 8th graders, you have a test on wave energy on Tuesday, March 12.
  • 6th graders, you have a test on plate tectonics on Thursday, March 14.
  • 7th graders, you have a test on astronomy on Friday, March 15.
  • Class pictures will be taken on Tuesday, March 12. This is a dress uniform day.
  • The 2nd trimester ends this week. Report cards will go home on Thursday, March 21.

Hello middle school students and families:

  • 7th graders, Mrs. Halley is taking you to the Holocaust Museum on Monday, March 4. You should be back at school by lunch time.
  • Ash Wednesday, March 6, will be celebrated with a mass. Please be in dress uniform on this date.
  • 7th and 8th graders, inquiry project presentations begin on March 18. The signup for these presentations is now closed.
  • 6th graders, you have a test on earth science on Thursday, March 14.
  • 7th graders, you have a test on astronomy on Friday, March 15.
  • 8th graders, you have a test on wave energy on Tuesday, March 12.
  • The third trimester begins on Monday, March 18. Report cards for the 2nd trimester will go home on Thursday, March 21.
