Hello middle school students and families:
It seems to have happened breathtakingly quickly, but the homestretch appears to be right in front of us:
- The 6th graders are winding down their environmental science unit for this year. We will be going to environmental camp next Tuesday, May 24. Before then, though, we’ll need to start preparing for the end-of-year, comprehensive final exam, which starts on May 31!
- The 7th graders will continue to learn about biological evolution this week, but then we’ll need to turn our attention to that class’s final, which begins on June 2.
- The 8th graders’ science and algebra final exams are this week. (Students are well aware of this.) The science final begins on Wednesday, May 18, and the algebra test takes place on Friday, May 20.
It’s going to be a busy last four weeks of school; let’s make the most of the time we have left!
Have a good week,
Sven Tice
