Dear middle school students and families, here is the news for this week:

Good luck to our Lion King cast and crew this week!
Hello middle school students and families; we have another fairly busy week ahead of us, especially in science:
6th graders are learning about earthquake-resistant building design features, and are working on their own designs this week. Completed structures are due on Thursday.
7th and 8th graders, the procedure for your science fair projects are now due on Wednesday, February 17. That’s the day we get back from mid-winter break. If you’re going to be traveling over that long weekend, that means you’ll need to get it done this week.
8th graders are continuing to explore the nature of the electromagnetic spectrum this week.
7th graders start the week learning about tools astronomers use, and then we’ll switch to the planets of our solar system.
In algebra I, we’ll continue working on quadratic equations.
Have a great week, and enjoy your long (and well-deserved) mid-winter weekend,
